About Me

As a self-employed catastrophe insurance adjuster for almost 17 years, I have worn many hats. I’ve personally handled thousands of insurance claims in every hurricane and numerous disasters in the United States, Canada, and Australia since 2007.  I have also set up offices and managed man-made catastrophic events such as the oil spills in Los Angeles, CA, Lima, OH, and Superior, WI.  In 2023, I inspected and adjusted 489 claims in northern and southern California working with multiple insurance carriers.  My goal was always to provide an expedient product for my clients but also to provide a good experience for the insured by leading with compassion and kindness.  Throughout the years I have received thank you letters from insureds and carriers on how I handled claims, even claims that I had to deny. I also carry and maintain an active unmanned pilot's license.

On top of adjusting, I have learned to code as a hobby. I created and sold a script that assisted in labeling photos for adjusters to use in Xactimate.  I’m currently working on a program for adjusters to keep track of billing and expenses utilizing Python and HTML. On top of being an expert in Xactimate, I’m proficient in Photoshop, Blender, and Unreal Engine and my 10-year-old son and I are currently creating a Tower Defense game in Roblox!
